Our goal at this year’s Homearama is to make the process of envisioning your next home or finding inspiration from our builders to be pleasurable and fulfilling. As easy as it is to fall in love with the natural beauty and charm of Union Village, we want our showgoers to remember their journey to realizing a custom home to be a remarkable life experience.
Living Outside
With this year’s show taking place at Union Village, a place that celebrates front porch living, it’s no surprise that one of the biggest Homearama trends this year is exciting outdoor living spaces. Every home finds a way to celebrate the outdoors, and you’ll find every type of porch imaginable: front, back and side porches; covered, wraparound and screened porches; and even second-story porches. Some porches even overlook beautiful courtyard areas. These homes’ devotion to the outdoors adds a whole new meaning to the phrase “pull up a chair and sit for a spell.” Most importantly, the front porch living brings families together back outside and the “neighborhood” feeling of long ago is returning here at Union Village, and showgoers will love it!

Masters on the Main
Homearama Lifestyle Editions is all about homes that reflect modern lifestyles, and a great example of that is placing master suites on the main level, which several of this year’s homes have done.First-floor bed and bath combos allow residents to age-in-place as these master suites are much more accessible than the typical second-story master.
