Founded in 1942, the Home Builders Association of Dayton is a professional organization representing builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, subcontractors and other businesses supporting residential construction throughout the Dayton region.

The HBA works to strengthen the residential construction industry through advocacy, education, promotion and professional connections. We also help consumers connect with established professionals who build, remodel and support homes throughout the Miami Valley.

Building Dayton is a consumer resource presented by the Home Builders Association of Dayton. It highlights new homes, communities, builders, available properties, industry professionals and ideas shaping residential construction across the Dayton region.

HBA members are part of a professional network committed to the residential construction industry and the communities it serves. Builder, developer and remodeler applicants go through a review process that includes professional references before being accepted into the Association.

The Home Builders Association of Dayton does not build or sell homes. Our members do. The HBA connects consumers with builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers and other professionals who can help bring a housing project to life.
